DID YOU MISS OUT!

Wondering what ways you can naturally prepare for labour and birth? Here at Sustain Health we have worked with many pregnant individuals to help ease the journey of childbirth.

Often babies do not follow a timeline of due dates. And pregnancies nowadays do not go beyond 41 weeks. This can lead to anxiety and stress which does not help with the relaxation of muscles and the cervix. Which is crucial for going into labour.

In our almost 2 decades of practice at Sustain Health we have supported many women through pregnancies and birthing preparation.

Rewatch this free webinar now to better understand how you can naturally prepare for labour and birth.
